What is the difference b/w Item Categories & PO Item Category?

I want to know the Accounting Entries envolved in the Oracle R12 Internal Requisition and Internal Sales Order Process Flow for inter-org transfers.

Can anyone tell me that how can I setup Automatic RFQ. So that ASL for particular items is setup and whenever a PR for these items is generated, system automatically generate RFQ for the PR to the specific suppliers and then Buyers can do further work on it.
