What GL account does the earned discount roll up to?

Also, is this discount reduced from sales in sales reports even though there is technically no additional accounts receivable transaction posted to the account?

Thanks for your response. As per my client They need, while booking sales order in OM, when ever they select the customer then the corresponding warehouse and that default subinventory has to be populate automatically. For this scenario what i have to do? Please suggest me.

We have a warehouse a LAO and number of subinventories, is there a way to match/map the PO's to go to assigned LAO subinventories instead of by item code?The subinventories in LAO could have different BRANDS.
