i get this message when i try to define the payment methods for the payroll can any body tell me how can i define the bank account details flexfield

and if its from the sys adm >> application >> flexfield >> segments then i query the bank details account

after this step what will be the value ...

i had try to skip the HR organization step and do the next steps

when i reach define payment method i get this message

I start setup payroll

the first step is define the flexfield

i define the flexfield for grade , Job, Cost allocation , Position, People and competence

after that i define the business group

in the business group step after assign the HR: organization as a organization i get this ...
