Also make sure that the items in the formula are assigned to that Inv org

In OPM the costing can only happen if you run the Actual cost process. As a general rule a period in OPM is 1 month and at the end of the month when all the transactions are complete, you need to run the ACP, and cost update so that the cost is correctly calculated.
