Dear All,

I have created PO for Rs. 1000 which would be under approval amount. But PO is not getting Approved instead it is stating the status as Pre-Approved. As far as my knowledge, if the PO status comes as Pre-Approved means there is still somebody should approv this PO.

Can anybody tell me in what case the inventory inspection account would get hit instead of inventory receiving account? Also from where in inspection receiving account gets defaulted?

My question is which supplier will be defaulted in requisition if allocation and rank is same for both the suppier.

Whether supplier A or B?

Dear All,

I have an Item in which it has 2 approved supplier A and B.

A has 50 allocation and Rank as 1 and B has 50% allocation and Rank as 2. When I call this item in requisition, it will supplier who is available in second line is coming as supplier in requisition.

Hi Phani,

You have to copy bills for shipping organization too.

Kindly ensure that the bills is available for both the organization.
